– Sales experience is a plus but not required
– Must be local to Southern California
– Strong compensations plan that includes a base salary, commissions and benefits. No caps or limits on commission earnings
– Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields is a plus
– Familiarity with CRM platforms, a plus
– Ability to build rapport and trust with prospects and clients is a must
– Conversant in tax, accounting regulations related to equipment leasing and lease documentation, a plus.
– Tech savvy a plus
– Successful sales reps are expected to reach six-figure plus incomes
– Bachelor’s degree
– Strong work ethic
