Scott McFetters is founder and President of CoreTech Leasing, an independent technology and equipment lessor. Founded on over two decades of leasing expertise, the CoreTech Executive Team delivers over a century of multi-industry expertise in technology and equipment leasing and lease administration services to law firms, including over 100 of the nation’s most distinguished law firms as well as corporations, medical and educational institutions, manufacturing enterprises, professional services organizations and the semiconductor industry.

Candace Reinhart

Sr VP Operations & syndication
Candace J. Reinhart is Sr. Vice President of Operations and Syndications at CoreTech Leasing. Candace is highly regarded as a thought leader and has dedicated her entire, 25+ year professional career to best practices in the finance industry, has led the entire workflow spectrum of the top-rated independents in the industry, and brings those unmatched experiences and insights to her leadership position at CoreTech Leasing. In 2016, Candace’s breadth of knowledge received a seal of approval when she earned the Certified Lease and Finance Professional (CLFP) designation—the preeminent credential for equipment leasing and financing professionals throughout the world.

Chuck Gaylord

Sr VP National Sales
Chuck Gaylord is CoreTech Leasing‘s Vice President of National Sales. Chuck has spent his entire 30+ year career in technology sales and the equipment leasing and financing industry. He has held roles as an individual contributor, entrepreneur/business owner and senior sales leader. After starting his career as an IBM account manager in New York, Chuck and a partner founded an independent technology leasing and financing company which they ran successfully for 15 years, leading to its acquisition by a larger independent lessor. Since then, Chuck has held senior sales leadership roles at US Bank, IBM Global Financing and most recently at Cisco Capital where he ran the Global Enterprise sales team in the Eastern US for eight years, managing a $350 million business and receiving a Manager’s Excellence Award. Chuck and his wife live in Connecticut and have three grown children.”

Brian Wood

Vice President of Sales
Brian Wood is CoreTech Leasing‘s Vice President of Regional Sales. Brian has spent much of his 10+ year sales career in the equipment leasing and financing industry. Brian has held roles as both a top performing individual contributor as well as a senior sales leader with 3 of the Nation’s Top 25 independent leasing companies. Most recently Brian was the West Coast Vice President of Sales for Celtic Commercial Finance, a Division of Fifth Third Bank NA. Brian and his wife live in California with their son.

Mike Henderson

Regional Sales Manager
Mike brings over two decades of knowledge capital and dedicated experience in the high tech corporate leasing industry to the CoreTech team. Highly regarded in the field, Mike initiated his career with an 18 year tenure at US Bank’s Equipment Finance Division with the Oliver Allen Corporation where he was pivotal in building the group’s impressive portfolio along with CoreTech’s president and founder, Scott McFetters. Henderson continued his tenure at US Bank Equipment Finance Division once it acquired Oliver Allen where he managed enterprise accounts with $250 million in revenue or above, leased $20+million in volume every year for over a decade, was awarded Sales Person of the Year twice, and was a year after year Pinnacle Award recipient from 2001 through 2012.

Bill Pitcairn

Bill has a distinguished track record in the finance industry, leading all facets of sales functions with an emphasis on strategic planning and revenue growth. During his tenures across several crucial sectors, Bill has served as VP of the Northeast Region for GE Capital where he was awarded as one of the company’s top salesman over multiple years, was elected to Comdisco’s CEO Executive Sales Council where he closed upwards of $160 million in lease and financing structures in one 18-month period, and managed the two largest leasing relationships at AT&T and Verizon.

Mike Richardson

Senior Account Manager
Mike Richardson is CoreTech Leasing‘s Senior Account Manager. Mike has spent his 20+ year career in banking and the equipment leasing and financing industry. He has held roles as an individual contributor, entrepreneur/business owner and senior sales leader. After starting his career as a securities trader and lender in New York for UBS, Mike and a partner founded an independent leasing and financing company. After selling to his partner and founding three different divisions at three separate banks, Mike again started his own company funding $25MM in transactions in the first year of business. Once again, he sold his share in the business and has partnered with Coretech to continue providing his expertise and care to their customers. Mike and his wife have seven children and split time between Utah and Arizona where their children reside.

Sean Curran

National SLED Team Lead
Sean Curran is Coretech Leasing’s National SLED Team Lead. Highly experienced, Sean has spent 12+ years in the banking and financing industry. After graduating from Arizona State University, he began his journey as an Account Manager with Calfirst Bank’s Municipalities group and after several successful years, he began working in the Higher Education space working with colleges and universities nationwide eventually becoming the district manager for University Lease. Most recently, Sean was working in the tech space with ePlus Group as their West Coast senior finance representative. Sean grew up in Orange County and currently lives there with his wife and their 2-year-old son.

Amy Hall

Director of Leasing Administration
Amy is an accomplished finance professional whose 20+ years of experience in the finance industry illustrate her dedication to what is best in the profession she proudly serves. Amy joined CoreTech Leasing in 2010, was promoted to Director of Lease Administration in 2019, and in 2020 achieved her CLFP. The Certified Lease & Finance Professional (CLFP) designation is the preeminent credential for equipment leasing and financing professionals throughout the world who have demonstrated competency through testing of knowledge, continuing education and a commitment to their business practices and dedication to the industry.

Anora Guilleaume

Accounting Specialist
Anora is a highly-accomplished accounting specialist with more than two decades of strategic expertise in financial reports analysis and preparing financial statements--General Ledger, Trial Balance, Profit & Loss Statement, Balance Sheet and Expense reports. As an innovative leader, she consistently demonstrates commitment and accuracy in applying learned accounting methods and principles to the tasks at hand.

Heather works directly with our internal and external teams to ensure best practices are applied throughout the lease lifecycle and collaborate with all the key stake holders to ensure a seamless lease experience from engagement through funding through end of life. Achieving the CLFP has helped Heather deepen her expertise and enhance the value she can help bring to customers through aligning tax implications, accounting systems, pricing – in general, ensuring at every stage that CoreTech is helping the customer achieve their business goals.

Jose Cortez

Jose is an exceptionally diligent accounting professional with a demonstrated track record for driving efficiency and accuracy in risk management and financial reporting. He ensures a seamless customer experience throughout the entire lease lifecycle by holding all internal and external stakeholders accountable from the initial moment of an engagement, through funding, disbursements, asset tracking and all the way through disposition at the end of term. The CLFP designation allows Jose to provide even more value to our team as we collaborate and ensure we are maximizing client experience and client value.

Art Saber is CoreTech Leasing’s Senior Business Analyst, an exceptionally diligent technology professional that has an impressive track record for driving successful business processes via business systems in the financial services industry. Art’s responsibilities reach every seat in the company; his systems ensure a seamless interdepartmental user experience throughout the end-to-end deal cycle; he drives engagement and accountability from his internal and external partners; and ultimately, Art ensures successful, team-centric project outcomes.

Tony Giovannoli

Director of Business Development
Tony Giovannoli is CoreTech Leasing’s Director of Business Development. To date, Tony has worked in commercial and corporate banking, equipment leasing, and professional services. He has held roles as a business originator, sales manager, and advisor/consultant. Mr. Giovannoli has worked for banks and finance companies, including JPMorgan Chase, Pitney Bowes Capital Services, IBM Global Finance, and GE Capital. Tony holds an MBA and is a graduate of Villanova and Rutgers universities. He and his wife have four children and reside in Connecticut.
